The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms have unique and attractive decor. The location is convenient for shopping and dining. The room service is efficient. The butler service is a nice touch in the evening.

I recently had a weekend getaway with my friends and it was amazing! The hotel staff was so friendly and cute, making us feel right at home. They even were pretty good with special dietary requests at the buffet. The location was also perfect, with easy access to the High-Speed Railway station and just a short ride from the airport. And the views from the rooms were amazing, overlooking the beautiful South China Sea.

Honestly, I can't think of a single thing that I didn't like about my stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

Conveniently located in Elements Mall, with MTR and High rail stations at hand. Friendly staff promptly cleaned our room and left thoughtful gifts. Enjoyed the great view and the added security of a safe. The Fantastic Suite provided an amazing experience and the onsite train station with airport check-in was a convenient perk.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in a prime location, connected to a giant mall. It was so convenient to have a variety of shops and restaurants right at my doorstep. I was delighted to meet a friendly staff member in the restaurant, who made my dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was also well-located for my business meetings, with easy access to the airport. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The service throughout my stay was remarkable, with attentive staff who paid attention to every detail. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious options. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a large shopping mall nearby and the ICC tower boasting a bar at 485 meters in open air. It is also easily accessible from the HK Kowloon West fast train station, providing convenience for travelers. The rooms are luxurious and vibrant, with a spectacular ocean view. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, ensuring that guests' needs are met promptly and with a personal touch. The breakfast at the Kitchen Table is delicious and the swimming pool is not too crowded, allowing for a relaxing swim.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the room was spacious and well-decorated, with exclusive amenities and a comfortable bed. the staff provided excellent service, always attentive to our needs. We enjoyed relaxing by the rooftop pool with sun loungers and a bar/lounge area, taking in the stunning views. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. this minor issue did not detract from our overall luxurious experience at this venue.

My favorite part of staying at the W Hotel in Hong Kong was the amazing view of the harbor from our room on the 31st floor. The sight of the ships and the sunset was nice. The room itself was spacious and luxurious, with a soaking tub and a shower that had a TV embedded in the wall. We also enjoyed the infinity pool on the 76th floor with fine views of the city. The staff were really nice too make our stay nice, from assisting us with our bags to purchasing local drinks for us when we weren't feeling well. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to an upscale mall and the airport express. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options including dimsum, pastries, and both eastern and western dishes. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hong Kong.
